Creamed herring – Dutch herring tossed in a creamy wine sauce with herbs, onions and carrots

Paprykash – Chicken stew, shredded chicken combined with sweet bell peppers in a wine cream sauce served over egg noodles

Hungarian Pancakes – Potato pancake covered with hearty beef stew (Goulash) topped with potato pancake and garnished with sour cream, served with a side of kapusta salad

Vegetarian Plate – Potato pancake, Russian pierogi and your choice of one of the following salads: kapusta, artichoke, potato, or Warsaw vegetable. Served with greens, dill sauce and sour cream

Polish Plate – Classic sampler of grilled kielbasa, golabek (cabbage roll), bigos (hunter’s stew), and Russian pierogi

Amadeus Salmon – Seared Atlantic salmon marinated in lemon juice, herbs and sesame oil, served with shrimps, dill sauce, artichoke pasta salad and potato puree

Raspberry Passion Fruit Mousse – Delicate sponge cake topped with layers of raspberry mousse and passion fruit mousse

Poppyseed Cake – Thick layer of grounded poppy seed, nuts, and crystallized fruits mixed with honey

Napoleon – Classic French dessert of layered puff pastry, light vanilla custard cream, garnished with fresh fruits and dusted with powder sugar
