Pierogi Plate             $20

Classic Polish dumplings garnished with breadcrumbs and sour cream. Your choice of six: sweet cheese, pork, mushroom, potato-American cheese, sauerkraut or potato-farmer’s cheese.

Polish Plate           $25

Grilled Polish kiełbasa, gołąbek (stuffed cabbage roll), bigos (pork sauerkraut stew), and one pierogi of your choice: sweet cheese, pork, mushroom, potato-American cheese, sauerkraut, or potato-farmer’s cheese.

Sobieski Bigos             $22

Traditional pork-sauerkraut stew topped with smoked kiełbasa, served with red-skin potatoes.

Budapest Pancakes              $25

Two potato pancakes topped with paprikash (chicken stew in a white-wine cream sauce) layered with another two potato pancakes, and garnished with a side of Roma artichoke salad and sour cream.                                                         

Vegetarian Plate               $20

A choice of salad (Warsaw, kapusta, Roma artichoke, potato) with a potato schnitzel and your choice of one pierogi (sweet cheese, mushroom, potato-American cheese, sauerkraut, potato-farmer’s cheese), served with dill pickles, homemade dill cream, and sour cream.

Hungarian Pancakes               $25

Two potato pancakes topped with goulash (hearty beef stew) layered with another two potato pancakes, garnished with a side of kapusta salad and sour cream.

Viennese Pork Cutlet           $26

Breaded pork-loin that is pan-fried and served with red-skin potatoes, sliced dill pickles, and spicy brown mustard.

A choice of salad (Warsaw, Kapusta, Roma Artichoke, Potato) with a potato pancake and your choice of one pierogi (Sweet Cheese, Mushroom, Potato-American Cheese, Sauerkraut, Potato-Farmers Cheese), served with dill pickles, homemade dill cream, and souer cream.

Sautéed wild salmon topped with herbed shrimp and served with red-skinned potatoes, kapusta salad, and homemade dill cream.            

Kraków Chicken              $22

Chicken breast marinated in white wine, lemon, and herbs, cooked on an open-flame grill and served over a pork-sauerkraut stew (Sobieski bigos), with red-skinned potatoes.

Gołąbki                $21

Two rice and pork-stuffed cabbage rolls, braised in a tomato sauce and served with red-skinned potatoes.

Paprikash               $23

Shredded chicken stew with sweet bell peppers, paprika, and onions in a white-wine cream                     sauce, served over egg noodles.

Pork tenderloin medallions served with hand-made dumplings, topped with an herbed gravy sauce, and served with a side of kapusta salad.

Atlantic Ducktrap Pancakes*       $28

Thinly sliced smoked salmon atop three potato pancakes spread with dill cream, served with egg and caviar on top, fresh lemon slices, and dill.

Entrée portion of our famous flame-grilled Polish sausage served with sautéed onions, red-skinned potatoes, and kapusta salad.                              

Potato Schnitzel              $19

Three thick, Polish potato cakes sautéed with onions and herbs, served with kapusta salad and homemade dill cream.

Classic hearty Hungarian beef, pepper, and tomato stew, served over egg noodles.
