My father, Henryk, when he was young, spent a lot of time in his father’s restaurants and learned to cook from the Chefs.
Since I was a little child, I have helped my father and grandfather cook, and from them I learned all the tricks and family trades. Fueled by my interest in the culinary arts, I travelled throughout Europe, working in restaurants, wineries, bakeries and open-air food markets.
Somehow, I ended up in cute Ann Arbor, and I restored an old 1876 building into Amadeus Restaurant. Thus started my adventure, the one that is still, to this day, evolving.
